Terms of Service

By using siblingcarecounseling.com or services provided by Sibling Care Counseling ("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create an account for yourself. Parents and guardians may create accounts on behalf of minors.

Account Creation

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and notify us of unauthorized access.

Services

We provide therapy services in Florida and New York. We are not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call 911 or 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).

Fees and Payment

Session fees range from $80–$475 depending on service, provider, and session length. Payment is collected at booking via Stripe. Insurance is accepted on a limited basis.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be charged the full session fee. Documented emergencies are reviewed case-by-case.

No-Show Policy

Missed sessions without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.

Telehealth

Telehealth sessions follow the same confidentiality and quality standards as in-person care. Please use a private location with a stable connection.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the State of Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
